"failed to find official theme name from style.css while executing upload in member.php on line 146.


This is caused when the zip file you are uploading does not contain the stylesheet inside the root of the zip.
Example: theme.zip
Unzip it looks like this folder => theme
Stylesheet is => /theme/style.css

It should look like this when upzipped
=> style.css

So the files can not be within a folder inside the zip. They must be in the root of the zip file.

When someone uploads the theme and it contains an error, the zip file is still in the files folder, why is that if there is a error?

The script needs to place the zip file somewhere to extract it, this is why it is placed inside the file directory.

As stated in the requirements to run this software, your webhosting server must have ZIP and ZLIB installed.

I would like to get your software in unecoded format, is this possible? 

 Our software is all closed source code, so no, we do not give it out unecoded.

What if the script does not work on my server, will I receive a refund.

Currently we can not offer you a refund.  We can however offer you very inexpensive and reliable hosting that will work perfectly with your script.  It is always best to first check with your host to ensure your server meets the requirements stated.

Am I entitled to free upgrades?

  Anyone whom purchased prior to March 21, 2008 will receive free updates.  Any orders placed after that date are only eligible for free updates for three months.  After that period you will be able to purchase yearly plan.  

I thought of a feature I would like to see with your script, can I get it done? 

  We have a staff of programmers that would gladly look into your suggestion, if we feel it will beeifit the script, in time we will add it.  If we do not feel it is something we will add you can ask our programmers for a quote and have them create the custom mod for you.  If you chose not to wait until we add it to the script you can also ask for a quote.
